Emerald City Fund

The Emerald City Fund is a community assistance program operated by Over The Rainbow Project that helps individuals build stable, healthy, and productive lives as they navigate recovery, re-entry, and independent living.

Emerald City FundThe fund provides financial support for sober living scholarships, bridge funding during insurance gaps, transportation assistance, recovery-supportive activities, employment readiness needs, educational opportunities, and other barriers that may prevent an individual from achieving long-term success. Inspired by the journey to the Emerald City, the fund recognizes that every person's path is unique and that sometimes a helping hand can make the difference between simply surviving and truly thriving.

Funding for the Emerald City Fund is generated through community donations, sponsorships, and bi-annual fundraising events hosted by Over The Rainbow Project. Signature events such as the *Yellow Brick Bag Sale* bring together local businesses, community members, and supporters who share a commitment to creating opportunities for individuals in recovery and those rebuilding their lives after incarceration. Every dollar raised directly supports participants as they work toward housing stability, employment, personal growth, and sustained recovery.

Individuals interested in applying for assistance through the Emerald City Fund are encouraged to complete the contact form through Over The Rainbow Project. Please include "Emerald City Fund"* in the subject line of your inquiry. Applicants will be contacted to discuss their needs and may be invited to participate in an interview to determine eligibility and identify the most appropriate form of support.
